Individual and Small Group Funtional Training




CFC is pleased to offer individual and small group training in addition to your team training week.
 
Funtional training is designed in 4 Cycles each one have 12 sessions (Every Friday) this is a yearlong program. To cultivate talents develop and improve a player's technical skill level, tactical awareness, physical fitness, mental preparedness and provide invaluable insight and depth to the beautiful Game.
 
Our training program can be designed to fit the specific needs of your player(s).
 
CFC trainers can specialize in specific areas (strikers,mid fielders,defending,goalkeeping, 
 
play maker (creative play, first touch, fitness etc.) or can concentrate on improving technical and tactical proficiency. We can also work with a smaller group from one team concentrating on improving their teamwork skills and in building confidence and trust between players.
 
The goal of the program is twofold -- to increase the playing level of each player through focused training and low coach player ratio; and to enable players to continue to train year round minimizing their “down time”. The Director of CFC have used their extensive experience in the USA and Many different countries to develop these small group training models to improve each individual player's performance in all areas of the game. Please note that this program takes place at locations provided to CFC by players in the group.

Technical, Tactical, Physical, Mental.  
Individual attacking and defending (Tactical individual).
Group attacking and defending (Tactical group GK, DL ,M L,AL).
Systems of play (Tactical team).
Set up Plays.
